Jennifer Codding, Real Estate Attorney
Jennifer Codding is a real estate attorney at the law firm of Alexander S. Buchanan, PLLC. Her practice focuses on representation of buyers, sellers or lenders at closing, landlord representation in evictions, property owner representation in ejectment, partition and unlawful detainer actions, lender representation in foreclosure actions, real estate transfers, escrow disputes, lot line adjustments and title disputes in both Florida and New Hampshire.
Jennifer is a 2010 graduate of the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law’s prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar Program and was awarded her Juris Doctor. Upon completion of the program, the New Hampshire Supreme Court swore Jennifer into the New Hampshire Bar without her having to sit for the traditional bar exam. After being sworn into the New Hampshire bar, Jennifer sat for the Florida bar exam and was admitted to the Florida Bar. Jennifer is also admitted in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle District of Florida.
Jennifer is a 2014 recipient of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers Leaders in the Law Award, an inaugural member of the Women Lawyers of Pasco, and is a Past President of the Pinellas County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit’s Law Library.
